Otus, the construction photo documentation app built for Singapore's AEC industry, has shipped three updates: multi-photo entries, camera angle tagging, and one-click PowerPoint export.

These sit on top of what's already live in Otus: offline capture that syncs once connectivity returns, AI voice transcription that auto-fills tagging forms in multiple languages, author filtering across a shared project album, plan revision tracking when floor plans get updated mid-project, AI visual search across the whole photo archive, and unlimited seats per project.
Every photo captured through Otus carries an automatic timestamp and a location pinned to the plan. That combination, a date-stamped, geotagged, direction-aware photo record, is what turns a phone camera roll into evidence that holds up when a client disputes what was built and when.
