Otus Construction Photo App: Multi-Photo, Camera Angles, PPT Reports

Otus, the construction photo documentation app built for Singapore's AEC industry, has shipped three updates: multi-photo entries, camera angle tagging, and one-click PowerPoint export. Alongside the update, every new user gets 10,000 free photos on one project, with no feature limits, to mark Singapore's 61st National Day.
What changed
Feature | What it does | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
Multi-photo records | Attach several photos to a single tagged entry instead of one photo per tag | Site teams documenting before and after progress, or multiple angles of one defect, no longer need separate entries for each shot |
Camera angle / directional pinning | Each photo pin on the floor plan now carries the direction it was shot from | A pin no longer just marks a location, it marks what the camera was facing, which matters when the same spot gets photographed from four different angles over a project |
One-click PowerPoint export | Generate a PPTX report directly from selected photos, on top of the existing PDF export | Site meetings and client updates run on slides more often than PDFs; this removes the manual step of rebuilding a report in PowerPoint after exporting a PDF |
These sit on top of what's already live in Otus: offline capture that syncs once connectivity returns, AI voice transcription that auto-fills tagging forms in multiple languages, author filtering across a shared project album, plan revision tracking when floor plans get updated mid-project, AI visual search across the whole photo archive, and unlimited seats per project.
Every photo captured through Otus carries an automatic timestamp and a location pinned to the plan. That combination, a date-stamped, geotagged, direction-aware photo record, is what turns a phone camera roll into evidence that holds up when a client disputes what was built and when.

For context, Otus's baseline system is scoped to support up to 1,000 photos per project. This offer raises that ceiling tenfold, at no cost, for the length of the promotion. It also removes the collaboration gate that normally sits behind a paid tier, so a full team can contribute to one shared album without hitting a wall on photo count or user seats.
